Welcome to the Roaming Range Putting Improvement Game! This game is designed to help you enhance your disc golf putting skills by focusing on Circle 1 (C1) and Circle 2 (C2) putts. The objective is to provide a structured, repetitive practice routine that will track your progress and ensure consistent improvement.
The main goal of this game is to improve your putting accuracy and consistency by regularly practicing and tracking your performance. By doing so, you'll develop muscle memory, refine your technique, and build confidence in your putting skills.
Mark two circles around your target (basket) using a measuring tape or rangefinder.
Circle 1 (C1): 10 meters (33 feet) radius.
Circle 2 (C2): 20 meters (66 feet) radius.
You will take 20 putts from Circle 1 (C1) and 20 putts from Circle 2 (C2) in each session.
Keep track of how many of the 20 putts you made.
After each set of 20 putts, record how many you made out of the 20 attempts.
Repeat this for both circles.
This game utilizes a methodical approach to putting practice, which is proven to improve your putting game through consistent repetition and focused tracking. Here’s why it works:
Repetition: By repeatedly practicing putts from specific distances, you build muscle memory and improve your technique.
Focus on Fundamentals: The game emphasizes putts within Circle 1 and Circle 2, which are crucial for scoring in disc golf.
Tracking Progress: Keeping track of your results helps identify patterns, areas for improvement, and motivates you to keep practicing.
Consistency: Regular practice sessions ensure that you are consistently working on your putting game, which is key to improvement.
